Anxiety/stress levels are running high right now and many of you are trying to go over the weekend in your heads.  Just take a deep breath, stay calm, and try not to lose any sleep.  Everything is going to be fine and stressing will only run you down.  We will all be getting to San Jo Embassy Suites at all different times on Friday, but lets plan to meet at the hotel lobby at 7:30 PM to head out for a group dinner and then get a group stretch in before bed.  Hot tubbing that night is not recommended (makes your hands more likely to tear.)  The hotel is going to start serving complimentary breakfast at 6:00 AM (be there early so we can eat fast and get to the school to stake a claim.)  We will plan to have a group stretch/dinner session on Saturday night as well after the festivities.

What should you bring?
Every type of shoe, running/trail, weightlifting, boots, sandals you never know
High shin-saving socks

Warm and cool weather workout attire

Money
Celebratory beers, Shhh! don't tell Mike Minium or any of the Arch Bishop Mitty Catholics

Most importantly, bring your -A- game

Treat this like a camping trip, bring everything you need to kill food, build shelter, and survive in the woods!  If there is anything I forgot, add it to comments.  I am sure you guys have some great ideas on what to bring also.
