Chest To Bar Pull Ups
Now that you all are kickin' ace on the barbell exercises and doing pull ups like its your job, its time to get those push ups up to par. What better way can you think of than a huge line of Tabata push ups. We will be proposing one better way to develop that body weight strength on Thursday, come give it a shot if you dare.
