Run 5k
Bring your iPod and your favorite CF shirt.
The run will start at the church at the corner of H St and Carlson Dr. You will proceed all the way down Carlson Dr. until it dead ends into Glenn Hall Park. You will run straight through Glenn Hall Park and up on to the levee. You will then follow the levee back towards the J St./Fair Oaks Blvd. bridge. You will run down from the levee under the bridge and back up onto the levee towards the Guy West Footbridge. Cross the Guy West Bridge and take the levee on the other side of the river back towards the J St. bridge. Cross the J St. bridge and to the finish line.
If you cannot run for some reason, you will hang back at the box and row a fixed distance for time. We will also offer a scaled version of the run that will be approximately 3K finishing as you go under the J St. bridge.
