Tabata:
Pull Ups
Push Ups
Burpees
Hanging Knees To Elbows
Squats
Double Unders
*Do 4 minutes (8 sets) of each exercise for 20 seconds on 10 seconds off. Rest exactly 1 minute before starting the next exercise. Your score for each exercise is the lowest number completed during any of the 8 sets. Total score is the sum of the lowest score from each exercise. Single unders on the jump rope are worth 1/4 of a point each.
