Back squat, 1 rep
Shoulder Press, 1 rep
Deadlift, 1 rep
Warm up with a few light sets on back squat then take 3 attempts to find a 1 rep max. Then do the same for shoulder press and then deadlift. Your score is the total from your best lift on each exercise.
