I often fall into these YouTube holes where I skip from one video to the next watching gymnasts, free runners, tricksters, or really anything dangerous and acrobatic. The level of athleticism that some people have achieved is just unbelievable. Now these guys are fit, but nothing like an elite CrossFitter. On the other hand, there is not a single elite CrossFitter I have ever seen who is as athletic as these guys. The fact that people have mastered their bodies so much that they can perform feats like this is just astounding. What I find even more impressive than the fact that certain people can do stuff like this, is the fact that they learned to do these things without being paralyzed or dying first.
This video was particularly cool because they throw in artistic slow motion clips that allow you to see some of the acrobatics that are really hard to appreciate at full speed. If you enjoy stuff like this, check out this guy who does quadruple back flips off a 99ft rope swing into lake Tahoe. Seriously?!
