Ruth McLoughlin had a great lift of 183# yesterday for a PR on the deadlift (173# shown here). CrossFitting for 7 months, at an age of 49 and a body weight of about 110, this is an outstanding lift! Great job Ruth! Your consistency and attention to detail has made this possible. Keep up the good work and continue to watch those PR's roll in.
