This is a good demonstration of a Squat Clean Thruster.  Today you all need to focus on selecting a weight that is heavy enough to give you problems completing this WOD unbroken.  What do I mean by "unbroken?"  Perferably you are maintaining a grip on this bar at all times with a tap and go at the bottom.  However, if your form is good enough to choose a significant load, you may be able to improve your time by dropping from the top. NOTE: You must pick the bar up 1-2 breaths.  This WOD is no joke and trying to do this unbroken is a completely different workout than completing it for load and time. Make sure you speak to the coach if you don't have a good handle on what to expect.  C2Bar pull-ups offer another fun twist in trying to complete this unbroken.  The only rest is walking between your squat clean thrusters to C2Bar.  Make sure you are ready to hit all your C2Bars in a sequence.  Reps 4-5-5-4 are going to give people problems if they haven't paced themselves correctly. There is a 10 burpee penalty for every unbroken set and it can lead to some exponential work!  Have fun with this WOD.  See how well you can toe that line between unbroken and being penalized. Don't get caught in a pissing match with your buddy who's posted a decent time or used a significant load.
