Here is Tita doing some private training with AO. Teeta is Eileen's mother, and in her late 70's, she recently started training here. It will be very exciting to see Tita's fitness level increase and hear about the impact that participating in CrossFit will have on her life. Learning to squat and working on mobility are hugely important regardless of age or ability.
