To efficiently perform thrusters you need head to toe mobility. This video addresses some of the key points to think about for thrusters and pull ups, but there are even more. I suggest doing all this stuff before you come in today if you can, then doing it all again right before the WOD. If you don’t have voodoo floss tape, use an ace bandage or a knee wrap. Fillet bicycle tire works pretty well also.
Mobility is king when it comes to efficiency and injury prevention. Spend extra effort attaining adequate range of motion and proper positioning daily.
