Aaron showed up late for an 8am class he was teaching a couple weeks ago.  Many of the 8am'ers have done copious amounts of burpees for showing up late and when they got their chance, they were ready to dish some out.  Aaron did all his burpees with a smile.  Take this example and when you get a penalty, don't pout and be a poor sport, just take your punishment. 

Way to be brother.
