Yes this is one of the world's top CrossFit athletes, and yes he's a big guy, but good lord!  This is an very impressive display of strenght and endurance.  We still are finding out just what the limits of human performance really are.  Just wait until the generation of kids and teens who have been doing CF all along make it to the Games.
