Josh, Nick, and the Wild Thing struggle to keep those dumbells moving during yesterdays burpee incentivised WOD.  It is fun watching how hard you all will work to avoid burpees.  The great thing about WOD's like that is that realize you can push yourself farther than you think, you don't need to rest as much as you think.
