Welcom Demos (left) and Demetre (right) Fragoyannis to the club. Demos is 31 and Demetre is 25. These guys were born and raised right here in Sacramento, and hey ladies… they are both single.
Demos is a civil engineering and Demetre is a sales lead for Sports Authority. They have both have spent the last few years training in Jiu Jitsu and Muey Thai. Demos said he wants to gain strength and get buff. Demetre had similar goals and added that when he gets older he wants to make sure his mind gives out before his body ever does.
Glad to have you both on board. Eat right, master the techniques, then start going heavy. You already got the tan thing going so adding in the jacked part will be awesome!
