If passed on the street wearing a CrossFit t-shirt and someone asks you about CrossFit, how would you describe it? Better yet, what is Crossfit to you? 

CrossFit is defined as "the sport of fitness" where our specialty is not specializing. The magic is in the movement folks. Constantly varied functional movements executed at a high intensity is our pathway to elite fitness.
