Lunch in the Zone.  A perfectly balanced 4 block meal with 4.5 oz turkey meat, 1 oz cheese, 1 cup strawberries, 1/2 cup blackberries, 1 apple, and 12 almonds.  Nothing processed, no wheat or grains, all natural wholesome food.  How does your lunch look?

Warm weather is here and many of you are asking nutrition questions and wanting to lose some extra body fat.  Your first step is to read the CrossFit Journal Articles that you can find right on our very own Zone Nutrition page.  After you read the articles, set up an appointment with one of our coaches to discuss how to implement the program.  The Zone is a highly effective nutrition program which teaches you portion control and how to balance your meals.  You don't have to eat anything you don't want to, in fact you can eat only the foods you like and still be successful.  After a few months of solid Zone nutrition, you will have learned good sustainable eating habits that will keep you lean, healthy and preforming well for a life time.
