Since our little tug 'o war session was such a hit a couple weeks back I think we aught to find more ways to incorporate these sorts of fitness building games into our regime. Who knows, perhaps we can one day get a team to the world championships (from my research for this blog I've learned there's a championship for literally everything–yes even tug 'o war). Let's just say I have some ideas 'a brewin and it wouldn't be a bad idea to bring knee pads in with you this morning. I would also like to note that I have considered the value this sort of a thing has for your fitness…it's not JUST for shits and giggles.

Blake missed the partner carry WOD yesterday. Less of a competition but no less fun than the tug o war.

Also, while this is clearly the shortest blog he has ever written (a lesson well learned from Justin) Blake ought not to take grammar lessons from Justin.

Last post- are there any bookkeepers or accountants at the box? I have a few bookkeeping type questions and would be happy to provide coffee or beer in exchange for a few minutes of someone’s time.

Broski, let me know your questions.

Note the ski boots and weight belts!

Thanks to everyone who showed up today. That was a lot of fun.

Thank you, Josh and Blake, for a very fun warm-up session this morning.
Tash, great vid. Tirza and Loren put a crossfit spin on that trick with beer and dumbbells though. I can’t wait until we do the Newbie Throwdown again, ahem-ahem Chris Lene.

Definately sorry I did not remember the 2nd competitor…of course, Loren was a great hula-hooper as well. Both did great. A low key throwdown would be tons of fun.
