I happened to be waking by Jerad in the middle of class last night and spotted him pulling early on his cleans. Busted out the good ol iPhone to show him and recorded Travis to show a good example. We dropped the weight down then let him build it back up with a pretty good result. There are some position issues in the start and finish which are somewhat flexibility related. Over the next few months we will see big improve in those positions and then we will likely start seeing this guy move some big weights, well at least big for a CrossFitter.
