Who’s Got Midline Stability? (That’s CF For Core Strength)

Overhead Squat 5-5-5-3-3-3

AMRAP 8 Minutes:
5 Left Arm DB Suitcase Deadlift 45/30
5 Left Arm DB Hang Power Clean
5 Left Arm DB Jerk
5 Right Arm DB Suitcase Deadlift
5 Right Arm DB Hang Power Clean
5 Right Arm DB Jerk

*Suitcase deadlift is done with the DB to the side.  Do not twist the torso to reach for the floor, and stand all the way up.  On the last rep bring the DB to the hang position between the knees for hang power cleans.

Big crew at 6am yesterday.  Always fun when every barbell, bumper, plyo-box, and pull up bar is being utilized at the same time.  You all kicked some serious ass.
