The new On-Rampers got their first taste of Tabata's on Thursday.  They did 6 rounds each of the classic pullup, pushup, situp, squat combo.  Don't worry if you can't answer the phone, wash your hair, stand up from the couch, laugh or fart without pain… that's all normal.  I would tell you it gets better, but then I would just be lying.
