The snatch balance is a great training tool for developing the snatch. It helps reinforce speed, stability, position, and confidence for the receiving position of the snatch. Yesterday during a private coaching session, Hollis hit a huge PR on the overhead squat of 123#.  She had never attempted over 68#  After that she easily pulled off this snatch balance of 113#. She will be snatching this weight very soon and even more after that, mark my words.
