Another Reason Why The Open Rules

The fearless Ruth McLoughlin has been participating in CrossFit Masters since the first time there was a masters comp back in 2010.  Every time she has competed, she has had break throughs.  This year Ruth had never snatched a 75# barbell, and not only did she make the lift during the Open WOD yesterday for a PR, but she lifted that new PR 9 times!  There will never again be a day that Ruth cannot snatch 75.

Most everyone who participates in the Open will have some sort of break through like this.  We have seen it both previous years of the Open and we will continue to.  If you haven’t yet signed up, show up today, do your best, go home and sign up and enter your score.  CrossFitting means so much more than showing up to WODs 3x per week.  Get in the game, and great job Ruth and way to lead by example!
