Congratulations to all who competed in the SacTown Throwdown! This competition was a great test of overall fitness. Surprising the competitiors with a few unfamiliar tasks seen in a typical contest really made this event stand out. An enormous thank you to all of our volunteers. It could not have been such an awesome event without all of your hard work. You guys kicked ass!

We could not be prouder of our box’s three teams. We had new faces to competition who rocked it in the novice, and our veterans took another podium finish with big help from “one WOD a month” Lene. The Open team got another top five finish in a major competition (just one more place up and we’re Games Bound).

A big shout out to our Division Champions: Diablo1 (Open), Redding (Novice), Rocklin (Masters)
