Sean is working on learning the shoulder press. Remember poor shoulder flexibility and sometimes laziness can result in an improper overhead position. He is doing a pretty good job here in this picture trying to achieve the strongest and safest position. 

Don't forget Fight Gone Bad is tomorrow!!!!! 

Come out and show your support. It will be another great event that brings our community together. Help us open our doors to other affiliates by coming out to workout. Don't be intimidated by the workout. It will be scaled to your ability level! Sign-ups start at 8am and the first heat is at 9am.
