I have been hearing about this for a week now and I finally found the video, which was posted in our comment section last Sunday. Here's coach Rae at last weekend's unsanctioned lifting meet with a PR 90k clean and jerk. For those of you who don't speak Kilos, that's 198#! $#!t
I wasn't sure if you all had seen this so I had to post it. I think she's going tp break 200# on this lift soon. All I can say is I hope I am as strong as Rae when I grow up. Great lift coach!
