Besides the fact that you have to work on your flexibility, balance, and core strength, just do it because it’s fun.  Get out of your comfort zone and develop some basic gymnastic skill.

Tuesday evenings at 6:00PM and Saturdays at 7:30AM.  Non-members welcome for $20.  Please just give us a call or email ahead.
