Jim Siler has serious determination.  He is sown here doing one of his favorites, Angie – 100 Pull Ups, 100 Push Ups, 100 Sit Ups, and 100 Squats for time.  He does the Pull Ups with a band, the push ups on the parallettes, the sit ups with an ab mat, and the squats to a slightly elevated butt ball. Its amazing to watch.  On a good day we can get him to squat parallel, even at 75 years old with double knee replacements.
