You Can Never Be Too Young To Lift

Overhead Squat 3-3-3-15
*Work up to 90% of your previous 3 rep max then pick a weight that will challenge you for 15 reps and make a go at it.  Post the weight of your 15 rep max to leaderboard.  If you don't make 15 reps, post it as scaled and list completed reps to notes.

5 Rounds For Time:
10 Burpees
Lunge 50 ft DB's on Shoulders 45's/30's
Farmers Walk 100m 45's/30's

Baby Stella with a PR deadlift of 95#, over 5x BW!!!  And before she can even walk!!!  When your form is this good, the sky is the limit.  I am sure Stella could lift more, but we were happy with 95 for the day.  We will let her try 105 next time.  I wish they taught me to deadlift before I could walk.
