You afraid of doing somersaults and handstands.  Well just remember, having coach Amber stretch you on the splits is way more scary that either of those things.  Come get flexible and get over your fears safely in FlexNasty.  I have seen many of our members accomplish things they never thought possible by attending this class.  As you develop better body awareness and flexibility, you will see your imporvements show up on all kinds of other physical skills.  Get in on the action!
