Jen has had her sights set on this one for a while. Jen is one of the most dedicated members we have here. She does all the extra things that happen outside the gym that give someone an edge. Reading, therapy, mobility, assistance exercises, practice, nutrition. When you pay attention, learn more on your own, and never stop trying to improve, you deadlift double your bodyweight @ 275.
