How To Lift Big

Deadlift
10-8-6-4-2 (Start @ 65-70% And Work Up)

3 Rounds For Time:
200m Sandbag Run
15 Burpees
10 Pull ups
Rest 1 Minutes

When one is looking to lift heavy weight, they better go into it with a pumped up attitude. Prime example in the video above. Pete Rubish gets amped by loud music, yelling at himself A LOT, and using some type of inhalant (just to be clear, inhalant not recommended for anybody at CFES). When lifting today get focused, angry, and excited about lifting a heavy barbell off the ground. The more you think about how heavy it is will only keep you from lifting it.

If you’re thinking about taking a pre workout supplement to get pumped up, then watch this video from the Brofessor.
