IMG_5195Mike Kennedy was trapped in a fire in Boston on March 26th.  Mike was a CrossFit coach at CrossFit Together and his affiliate contacted us to see if we would participate in his memorial WOD.

So today we do this workout in memory of a beloved coach, service person and member of our community.
