Rest Day
After a mile run warmup, some stretching, drills and hang power cleans, I decided it was time to have a little fun. I busted out the deck of cards for an almost forgotten favorite, the 53 pick up. Assign each suit an exercise and complete your luck of the draw for points. Nothing like some good old fun. CrossFit just doesn’t have to be so serious.
