Laura B. on her last few reps of 185 deadlifts on 14.3.  Laura got 12 reps into the 185’s.  Great performance, with great looking form.

For everyone out there, the deadlifts are numerous and they get heavy real fast.  Be smart this week.  You aren’t getting paid to do this and you could mess yourself up if you let your ego be your guide.  Focus on your setup positions and your breathing.  If your body starts telling you you’re done, listen to it.  Deadlifting is safe when you use good form and know your limits.  If you want to be a hero and go for gold, be my guest, but note that you have been advised better.

On another note, thank the CFHQ gods for doing something a little different and giving the strong people a chance to shine in the open.
