Chris Baad hit a beautiful muscle up last night in the 5:30 class. It wasn’t his first one, but it was the first one done in a single motion from full extension. Funny thing about technique based movements like the muscle up is that they are so hard to do right, but so easy when done right. Watch out for Chris in the year to come. He’s motivated, works hard, and is soaking up coaching like a sponge.
