Some of us from the competitors program went out to the sandbox for some grunt work on Saturday. We played around with throwing KB's various styles, and found out pretty quick that even light KB's don't go very far. Then we did a 20 minute partner relay WOD involving sled drag up and down a small dune, KB Clean and Press, bear crawl sled pulls, and burpees. It was a sand in every crevasse and dirt in your mouth type WOD. Good times.
