Yesterday after the 9 o'clock class cleared out, Carol hung out and to work on pull ups. I saw her heading over to the pull up bar, and I knew today was going to be the day. I grabbed the camera and gave her a few words of encouragement, and BAM, Carol hit her first pull up!
This has been a long time goal for Carol and it ranks up there with the most awesome accomplishments I have ever witnessed. At age 58 and after losing 89 pounds, this was the first unassisted pull up of Carol's entire life. Just outstanding. I must have watched this clip 40 times by now. What an achievement!
