Our On-Ramp program is kicking ass! We are almost finished with our 1st session and we have some new fire breathers! A new On-Ramp starts every month. It is 12 sessions long and it is a great starter CrossFit class. They are learning so many new movements and are challenged everyday with a fantastic WOD preparing them for our foundations class or level one class.
