Today we will do a 3 round version of CF Santa Cruz's marathon body weight WOD from the main site. The vertical leap is a great functional movement that will be quite humbling. I am not sure what CFSC was thinking with 5 rounds of this, I am guessing they purposely were trying to kill Pat before he left to New Zealand, but 3 rounds should be plenty and still allow you all to maintain relatively high intensity throughout the WOD. Be honest when you measure the height of your 5lb plate. Reach as high as you can.
