In a 3 Person Team, Do 20 Minutes of the Following:
Run 200m
Clean and Jerk 135/95 for reps
Rest
When
the clock starts one teammate begins running, one teammate does clean
and jerk, and the other is resting. When the runner finishes the 200m,
everyone rotates. Runner goes to clean & jerk, clean & jerk
person goes to rest, and the rest person begins the 200m run. The team
score is the total # of clean & jerks completed by the team in the
20 minutes.
