Rowing/Sit Up WOD yesterday was a good one. Most people did between 200 and 300 sit ups. I anticipate that it might be hard to get out of bed for some of you today. Remember to keep stretching your hip flexors to keep pressure off your lower backs. Pat Harty and John Michelmore racked up the most meters on their rower and here was the result.
Check out the 9:00 AM class from Friday during the 20 minute barbell
extravaganza. The weights were light, but this WOD was deceivingly
tough.
