Every Minute on the Minute for 20 Minutes
Do the same # of each of the following:
Box Jump 24"/18"
KB Swing 35/26
Wall Ball Shots 20/12
*If you do 1 of each exercise within a minute you get 1 point for that minute, if you do 2 of each within the minute you get 2 points for that minute. You may vary the # of reps performed each minute, but if you do not complete the wall ball reps before the minute is over you get no points for that minute. Keep a score sheet close by, the clock runs continuously. Your score is the total points from all 20 minutes.
We had amazing performance on F*** yesterday. A lot more of you did the WOD as Rx'ed than we expected. CFES grows stronger by the day.
