This event will be a great tune up before the Open this year. I talked with Chris Mitchemore last weekend, owner of Moxie and organizer of this event, and he said this event would be programmed at a level that is equivalent to the Open. In other words, you will not need to be a professional CrossFitter to be able to complete the WODs at the event. Novices are strongly encouraged to enter. Registration has been open already for about a week. So talk to your buddies today and convince each other to do this one. If we get a good number of people in on this, I will organize a block of rooms for Saturday night at a close by hotel. Men compete Saturday and women go on Sunday. I am going to get in on this one myself!
