Here is a group from 5:30am going through the Fight Gone Bad style WOD from last week. Double unders, deadlifts, med ball situps, rope slams and Air Dynes. This one was a real lung burner.
I would like to hear some of your thoughts on which workouts you guys like the most, feel like you get the most out of, and what you would like to see more of. There is a chance we may ignore what you’d like and put in what we think you need, but it will make for some interesting discussion to see the group wants to work more on. If there’s something you’d like to work on less, tell us that too but chances are that thing isn’t going anywhere.
