In order to become a CrossFit master, sometimes one on one instruction can be a huge help. Cori came in yesterday to work on her Oly lifting skills. It was the first time she has attempted full squat snatching, the most technical and scary movement in CrossFit. By gaining a level of proficiency in the snatch everything else we do here will seem easier. Learning to snatch improves strength, flexibility, power, speed, agility, coordination, accuracy, and balance all in one move. Keep it in mind that personal coaching is a great way to work on your skills and get ahead of the pack.
