Goofy Foot DB Split Jerks?

AMRAP 20 Minutes:
5 Left Arm DB Hang Squat Clean 30/45
5 Left Arm DB Split Jerk 30/45 – Split Right Foot Forward
5 Right Arm DB Hang Squat Clean 30/45
5 Right Arm DB Split Jerk 30/45 – Split Left Foot Forward
Run 400m

*On the split jerks make sure you recover your feet to a standing position before the DB is lowered.

The early morning class showing some good leaping ability.  Powerful hip extension is the basis for all athletic movement.  Big box jumps are a fantastic way to increase explosiveness while pushing the cardiovascular system to its ragged edge.  GO BIG! sometimes 24"/18" just doesn't cut it.
