Roger Salameh sent me this video a couple weeks ago and I finally took the time to watch it. I am not saying I back everything she says 100%, but I think there is a message to be heard here. Diet’s in general don’t work, get yourself some solid good habits, and learn to eat sensibly when you’re hungry vs. obsessing over the particulars of a diet. Oh and go ahead and drink that wine, cause it will make you live longer.
