Annie’s 1st Pull Up

The 1st pull up is a BIG DEAL!  Having the ability to climb and pull yourself up to and over objects is one of those things that makes us real human beings.  Huge props to Annie on getting her 1st pull up at 45 years young.  I have said it before and I will say it again, this is what is normal for someone who consistently works hard, listens to coaches and takes good care of themselves.  This was Annie’s 1st pull up, but it is the 1st of many more to come and is Annie’s 1st step on the way to being able to do lots of pull ups during her workouts.  You watch.  In no time we will see hitting 10 in a row, and eventually she will get a dead hang pull up.  Thanks to Steve for grabbing a camera and catching this one on video.  I wish more of us were standing there to witness this and celebrate with you.
