The Garage Games Kickoff will be taking place at LaLanne Fitness in SF on January 14th. This is the first West Coast Garage Games event. The Garage Games Series will be a multi event season with the oppritunity to accumulate points throughout the year and qualify for bigger events and cash prizes.

The next weekend on January 21st, the guys over at Brethren CrossFit in Morgan Hill are hosting an invitational team competition in celebration of their move to a new space.
CFES has been invited to field 2 teams. This is another all Rx event. Each team will be 2 men and 2 women. Travis and I will be in touch with the indiviudals who will be participating in this one.
