75 Thrusters 95/65 For Time With A Twist-

Every minute on the minute do 3 burpee lateral jumps over a paralette and 3 knees to elbows.  You will then use the remainder of the minute to do as many thrusters as possible.  The WOD is over when you complete the 75th thruster.

Blair Morrison grew up in Sac Town and ended up coaching fitness in Washington DC after finishing college at Princeton.  Before the CrossFit Games he was in town and trained with us a few times.  It was humbling experience training with Blair, but we felt better about the whole thing when he finished 7th overall in the Games.  Blair is now in the Netherlands attending Leiden University studying European History.  Sounds like a terribly boring thing to study to me, but to each their own.  Blair is putting together a fantastic blog that is documenting his training in a country where gyms are difficult to find.  He is using his surroundings and whatever odd objects he can find to perform the prescription of constantly varied functional movement at high intensity.  There are a bunch of videos showing Rocky Balboa style fitness.  It is frickin' sweet.  Check out FitQuest for the full story.
